This ticket system ensures that your issue will be raised to our on-call staff, ensuring that you get immediate assistance. They'll get emailed, texted, and alerted through our internal messaging system.
Yes, we're almost as paranoid about not missing your message, as we are about backups.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
A valid email address and domain name is required to submit a ticket - no login is necessary.
