In order to take the best care of you we can, we utilize a support ticket system.
This ticket system ensures that your issue will be immediately raised to our on-call staff. They'll get emailed, texted, and alerted through our internal Slack channel.
Yes, we're almost as paranoid about not missing your message, as we are about backups. :)
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
As we all have too many passwords to manage, a valid email address and domain name is all that's required to submit a ticket - no login is necessary.

If you're one of our traditional IT (non-webhosting) clients, and wish us to remote in to your computer, please schedule an appointment, and then a bit before your appointment download and run the "Remote Support" application.
For Remote Connections, download and run the “Remote Support” or “Full Installer” applications.
They only allow us to connect to your computer when you run them -- we’re not the NSA.
If you can't run either application, click “All Downloads” and try “Launch Using Java”
