In order to take the best care of you and your site, we utilize a support ticket system.
Normal and High Priority tickets immediately alert our on-call staff.
They'll get emailed, texted, and pinged on our internal Slack channel.
Yes, we're almost as paranoid about not missing your message, as we are about backups. :)
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
As we all have too many passwords to manage, a valid email address and domain name is all that's required to submit a ticket - no login is necessary.
