Google's email filters reject email sent from the same account as the forward destination.

If ewok@jawa.com forwards to ewok@gmail.com, then email sent from ewok@gmail.com to ewok@jawa.com will bounce. 

Either test the forward from a different account, or ask us to send a test message.
