MS Outlook 2013/2016 Email Configuration for Mac

From pre-configuration for first time users:
1. Welcome to Outlook: Next
2. Welcome to Outlook: Getting started: Get Started
3. Sign In or try Outlook for Free: Sign in (if you have an Office 365 account) OR Try For Free (if you don't have an account)
If you have an Office 365 subscription it should auto configure everything for you. If you don't have an account, then you will be asked for your Microsoft account login credentials. When you attempt that, you will come to the next screen:
4. Outlook is offline: Stay Offline
5. Keep Outlook for Mac up to date? Yes and click Continue
6. You're all set: click Start using Outlook
7. Set up my Inbox: Add Account
8. Add an Account: Other Email
9. Enter your account information: E-mail Address: yourname@yoursite.com
10. Enter your account information: Password: yourpasswordhere
11. Checkmark Configure Automatically
11. click Add Account
12. Imap Account: Account Description: yourname@yoursite.com
13. Imap Account:Personal Information: Full Name: Your Name
14. Imap Account: Personal Information: E-mail Address:yourname@yoursite.com
15. Imap Account: Server Information: User Name: yourname@yoursite.com
16. Imap Account: Server Information: Password: Yourpasswordhere **This is your email address for your site, not Microsoft**
17. Imap Account: Server Information: Incoming Server: mail.techsurgeons.com
18. Imap Account: Server Information: Incoming Server: Port 993 or 143
19. Imap account: Server Information: Checkmark Use SSL to connect (recommended)
20. Imap Account: Server Information: Checkmark Always use secure password
21. Imap Account: Server Information: Outgoing Server: mail.techsurgeons.com
22. Imap account: Server Information: Outgoing Server: Port 465 or 2525, or 25
23. Imap Account: Server Information: Outgoing Server: Checkmark Use SSL to connect (recommended)
24. Your account box in the upper left should now show a green light, just close the preview and open the Outlook app. Your email is now configured!
